A gown I created for Justin David Sullivan’s Broadway premier - celebrating their debut role in the exuberant musical And Juliet. This piece was borne of creative collaboration between Justin and I. Focus was placed on juxtaposing masculine and feminine elements. I strove for an armored or corseted feeling, with high shine materials, while transparency and softness in the skirt brings fragility to the piece. Justin was absolutely thrilled with the results, and I am incredibly proud to have created this look which has featured so heavily in their subsequent press!
